These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player," "you," "your") and dk11 ("dk11," "the Company," "we," "us," "our") in relation to your use of the dk11 gaming platform accessible at dk11.buzz and any associated mobile or digital interfaces operated by the Company.

dk11 operates under a valid international gaming licence issued by a recognised regulatory authority. All gaming products available on the dk11 platform — including sports betting, cricket betting, live casino, slot games, lottery, and all other games of chance or skill — are provided exclusively to eligible players in accordance with the terms of that licence and these Terms & Conditions.

These Terms should be read in conjunction with the dk11 Privacy Policy and the Responsible Gaming Policy, each of which forms part of the overall agreement between you and dk11. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and any specific game rules or promotional terms, the specific game rules or promotional terms will prevail in respect of those specific activities, and these Terms will govern in all other respects.

To register and use a dk11 account, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility conditions at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout your use of the platform:

• You are at least 21 years of age. dk11 does not permit any person under the age of 21 to register an account, make a deposit, or participate in any real-money gaming activity on the platform.
• You are accessing the dk11 platform from a jurisdiction in which online gaming is not prohibited by applicable law, or you are otherwise legally permitted to access and use online gaming services.
• You are acting on your own behalf as an individual and not as an agent, nominee, or representative of any third party.
• You do not have an existing dk11 account that has been suspended or terminated, whether by dk11 or by you, at any prior time.
• You have not been self-excluded from dk11 or from any other regulated online gaming platform in any jurisdiction where such self-exclusion would prohibit your participation on dk11.
• You are not a current or recent employee, contractor, director, or officer of dk11, nor an immediate family member of any such person.

Each player is permitted to hold only one (1) registered account on the dk11 platform. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether using the same or different personal details, payment methods, devices, or IP addresses — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

When registering a dk11 account, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name as it appears on your CNIC, your date of birth, your Pakistani mobile number, and a valid email address. You agree to keep all registered details accurate and up to date throughout the lifetime of your account by contacting dk11 support to request corrections where necessary.

dk11 reserves the right to verify the identity of any player at any time and to request supporting documentation — including a copy of your CNIC or other government-issued identity document — as part of its Know Your Customer ("KYC") obligations. Access to certain account features, including withdrawals, may be restricted pending completion of identity verification.

• You must not share your dk11 login credentials with any other person.
• You must notify dk11 immediately if you suspect that your account has been accessed by an unauthorised party.
• dk11 is not liable for any losses arising from your failure to maintain the security of your account credentials.

dk11 is obligated under the terms of its international gaming licence to conduct Know Your Customer ("KYC") verification on all registered accounts. KYC verification requires you to confirm your identity, verify your age, and validate your registered payment methods before your account is fully activated for real-money transactions.

For Pakistani players, standard KYC documentation includes:

• A clear photograph or scan of the front and back of your valid National Identity Card (CNIC) issued by NADRA.
• A selfie photograph taken at the time of submission, clearly showing your face and the front of your CNIC in the same image.
• Verification of your registered Pakistani mobile number via one-time password (OTP).

dk11 will process KYC submissions within a reasonable time frame, typically within 24 hours of receipt of complete documentation. Until KYC verification is completed, withdrawal requests may be held pending verification. dk11 reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account where KYC requirements are not met within a reasonable period of time following request.

dk11 accepts deposits in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) through the following payment methods: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL bank transfer, UBL bank transfer, Meezan Bank transfer, SadaPay, and USDT TRC20. The minimum deposit amount is PKR 200. dk11 does not charge any fees on deposits; however, your payment service provider may apply fees on their end, which are outside dk11's control.

All deposits credited to your dk11 wallet are available for use immediately upon confirmation. Deposits made via JazzCash and EasyPaisa are typically confirmed within seconds. Bank transfer deposits may take longer depending on standard interbank processing times.

dk11 reserves the right to refuse, delay, or reverse any deposit that it reasonably suspects to be fraudulent, connected to criminal activity, or otherwise in violation of these Terms. All transactions on dk11 are subject to anti-money laundering (AML) monitoring in accordance with the Company's compliance obligations under its international gaming licence.

Players may request a withdrawal of available real-money funds from their dk11 wallet at any time, subject to the following conditions:

• KYC verification must be completed before the first withdrawal is processed.
• Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, except where this is not technically possible, in which case dk11 will arrange an alternative withdrawal method.
• dk11 does not charge any withdrawal processing fees. Minimum withdrawal amount is PKR 500.
• JazzCash and EasyPaisa withdrawals are processed within 15 minutes under normal operating conditions, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Bank transfer withdrawals are processed within 1–4 hours during standard banking hours.
• Bonus funds are not directly withdrawable — only winnings derived from the wagering of bonus funds, once applicable wagering requirements are met, are eligible for withdrawal.

dk11 reserves the right to request additional verification documents before processing a withdrawal, particularly where the withdrawal amount exceeds certain thresholds or where unusual account activity has been detected. Withdrawal requests may be delayed or denied where a player's account is under review for suspected fraud, bonus abuse, or other policy violations.

dk11 offers various bonuses and promotional offers to both new and existing players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions that are published alongside each promotion. The following general bonus terms apply across all dk11 promotions unless explicitly overridden by promotion-specific terms:

• Bonuses must be opted into prior to the qualifying deposit or activity unless stated otherwise in the specific promotion terms.
• All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements — the amount of real-money and/or bonus funds that must be wagered before bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. Wagering requirements are stated clearly on each promotion page.
• Bonuses are subject to minimum odds requirements where applicable. Bets placed at odds below the stated minimum do not contribute to wagering requirements.
• Bonuses expire after the time period stated in the relevant promotion terms. Expired bonuses and any associated winnings are forfeited automatically.
• dk11 reserves the right to withdraw, cancel, or modify any bonus or promotion at any time. Players who have already commenced wagering on a bonus at the time of modification will not be adversely affected by the modification retroactively.

All bets placed on dk11 are subject to the specific sports betting rules applicable to each sport, market, and event type. The following general betting rules apply to all dk11 sportsbook activity:

• Bets are accepted and settled at the odds displayed at the time the bet is confirmed by the player. Odds are subject to change before bet confirmation.
• Minimum and maximum stake limits apply per bet and per event. These limits are displayed during the bet placement process and may vary by market.
• In-play (live) bets are subject to the additional terms applicable to live betting markets, including the possibility of temporary suspension of markets during play stoppages.
• dk11 reserves the right to void any bet placed at materially incorrect odds resulting from a palpable error. Players will be notified of any voided bets and their stake returned.
• In the event of a dispute regarding the result of an event, dk11's decision — made in good faith and in accordance with official results from the relevant sporting body — shall be final.

Cricket betting on dk11 — including PSL matches, international Tests, ODIs, T20Is, and other recognised cricket events — is governed by the cricket betting specific rules published on the dk11 platform. These rules address match abandonment, Duckworth-Lewis-Stern method applications, super overs, and other cricket-specific scenarios.

All casino games offered on dk11 — including live dealer games, slot games, table games, lottery draws, and all other games of chance — are operated using certified random number generators (RNGs) or live dealer systems, as appropriate, that are independently audited for fairness. The theoretical Return to Player (RTP) percentage for each game is available in the respective game information section.

dk11 is not responsible for any malfunction of casino games or betting systems due to player device failure, internet connectivity issues, or software faults outside dk11's reasonable control. In the event of a game malfunction that prevents a round from completing normally, any bets placed on the affected round will be voided and stakes returned to the player's dk11 wallet.

Live casino games are subject to table-specific rules administered by the relevant live dealer game provider. Where dk11's general casino terms conflict with the live dealer provider's table rules, the table rules will prevail in respect of that specific live game.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the dk11 platform and constitute a material breach of these Terms, entitling dk11 to immediately suspend or permanently terminate the offending account and forfeit any associated funds:

• Multi-accounting: Creating or operating more than one dk11 account.
• Fraud & Misrepresentation: Providing false personal information during registration or KYC, or misrepresenting your identity in any other way.
• Collusion: Working with other players to influence the outcome of a game or betting market in a manner that unfairly benefits one or more parties.
• Automated Software: Using bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any other automated means to interact with the dk11 platform.
• Money Laundering: Using dk11 as a conduit for the placement, layering, or integration of funds derived from criminal activity.
• Match Fixing: Placing bets on the basis of inside knowledge of a predetermined match or event outcome.
• Chargebacks: Initiating fraudulent payment disputes or chargebacks in respect of deposits made to dk11.

dk11 cooperates fully with law enforcement, banking institutions, and gaming regulatory authorities in all investigations relating to the above prohibited activities. dk11 reserves the right to retain account funds where it suspects the above activities and to release those funds only as directed by competent legal or regulatory authority.

dk11 is committed to promoting responsible gaming among all its players. Gaming should be a form of entertainment. If gaming ceases to be enjoyable or begins to negatively affect your financial situation, relationships, work, or mental health, we encourage you to take immediate action using the tools available on dk11.

The following responsible gaming tools are available to all dk11 account holders and can be activated via the Account Settings section at any time:

• Deposit limits (daily, weekly, monthly)
• Session time reminders and automatic session time limits
• Loss limit thresholds
• Reality checks (periodic notifications of time spent and net session result)
• Cool-off periods (temporary self-exclusion for a defined period)
• Permanent self-exclusion (irreversible for the specified exclusion duration)

Once a permanent self-exclusion request is submitted, dk11 will close the account and take all reasonable steps to ensure the player does not re-register during the exclusion period. Any funds held in the account at the time of self-exclusion will be refunded to the player after the applicable verification process.

All content, trademarks, service marks, trade names, logos, icons, graphics, software, source code, database rights, and other intellectual property rights on the dk11 platform are owned by or licensed to dk11 and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Nothing in these Terms grants you any right, title, or interest in any dk11 intellectual property.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, publicly perform, transmit, or otherwise exploit any content from the dk11 platform without the prior express written consent of dk11.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, dk11 shall not be liable to you for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or service interruption, arising out of or in connection with your use of the dk11 platform.

dk11's total aggregate liability to you in connection with any single claim or series of related claims arising under or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the net deposits made by you to your dk11 account in the twelve (12) calendar months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

dk11 does not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from malicious software. The platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. dk11 takes reasonable steps to maintain platform availability and security but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access at all times.

dk11 collects, processes, and stores your personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy. By accepting these Terms, you also accept the dk11 Privacy Policy, which forms part of this agreement. The Privacy Policy sets out the types of personal data collected, the purposes for which it is processed, the legal basis for processing, your rights as a data subject, and how to exercise those rights.

dk11 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time at its sole discretion. Where changes are material, dk11 will provide reasonable notice to registered players — either by displaying a prominent notice on the platform at login, or by sending a notification to your registered email address or mobile number.

Your continued use of the dk11 platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must cease using the platform and may request closure of your account.

These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them, their subject matter, or their formation shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which dk11 holds its gaming licence. These governing laws shall apply to the exclusion of any conflict of law principles that might otherwise direct the application of the laws of another jurisdiction.

In the event of a dispute between you and dk11, you should first contact the dk11 support team — available 24/7 — to attempt informal resolution. If the dispute cannot be resolved informally, it shall be referred to binding arbitration conducted under the rules of a mutually agreed arbitral institution, with proceedings conducted in English.

Nothing in this clause shall prevent either party from seeking urgent interim or injunctive relief from a competent court where necessary to protect their rights pending resolution of the underlying dispute.
